Erich Taeubel Jr

This painting was inspired by the comic book art of the 60's in the style of Roy Lichtenstein. It is a geometric style in a cubist way. It depicts a row of airplanes with their tails proudly standing out on a cloudy day. I like the geometry of the tails and wings. The clouds and planes seem to naturally go together and make for an interesting painting that flows harmoniously.
